It’s official! The Gunners are on their way to face Chelsea at the new Wembley stadium. This is after they came back from a goal down to scoring two goals in the second half courtesy of Robin Van Persie and William Gallas strikes. Truth be told, Hull City were all over Arsenal in the first half hence the early goal by the visiting side, but Arsenal replied well by taking advantage of their counterparts tiring legs later in the game. The introduction of Niklas Bendtner and Samir Nasri proved vital as Bendtner basically setup the equalizer for the Gunners. A free kick from Nasri resulted to the winner for Arsenal. Now that’s what I call super subs!
Final Score:
Arsenal 2 – 1 Hull City
